It created a quite new training technique and thanks to the good results that were obtained, it spread to more areas and also served to prepare fire and military personnel.
Today, it is the seventh largest franchise chain in the world and is practiced by any type of person in almost any part of the world.

Glassman created workouts with the intention of simulating the feeling athletes could feel during a competition. Today a CrossFit class is divided into the following scheme.

Skill: technique of a specific exercise. In this section, for example, you can practice the movement of the butterfly.

Who can practice CrossFit?
